Vanessa Haycock BSc (Hons) MCSP MMACP

 

Vanessa Haycock is co founder and Director of Haycock Physiotherapy and Performance. She is an expert in providing physiotherapy services that promote musculoskeletal health. She also has a passion to support women through all life stages with physio- led advice and management.   Her focus is to support clients to stay fit and healthy through a holistic and blended approach of physiotherapy and rehab. She is committed to providing personalised care and exceptional service, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care. Vanessa believes that every client is unique and deserves individual attention, which is why she takes the time to listen to clients' concerns and provide tailored treatments to meet their needs.​

 

Vanessa qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 and since then has gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal health and more recently ventured into the world of women's health and wellbeing.

She holds a number of post graduate qualifications including the prestigious MACP (https://www.macpweb.org) and more recently Mummy MOT and Menopause MOT.  She is passionate about applying a blended approach towards women's health and their needs using her previous and new experience.​ Vanessa is passionate about supporting people with a holistic approach with empathy and compassion. She understands the importance  of returning to sport, lifestyle and work and and the impact of our busy lives.​

Vanessa is also a huge advocate for women and girls in sport and exercise whatever their ability, age or circumstance. She is a firm believer that exercise should be about wellbeing and health and this underpins her treatment and rehab strategies for her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients break the barriers that they may be faced with. 

 

Vanessa has had the privilege to work with many people over the years who have experienced sports injuries and work related issues. She has also managed large physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary health care services in the NHS and private sector and has been an educator of physios, sports therapists and rehab therapists at various stages of their careers.
